“The apartment is nice, clean, spacious, secure, great location, parking, A/C, smart TV, beach towels/chairs/cooler, board games, 1st Floor in front of the pool, water/electricity without interruptions. Super conditions. We arrived two hrs after check-in; no access code; ppty mgr did not respond. We called the owner, as instructed in the email; he was not happy about it. Then we found another car parked at our assigned spot and call the owner again bc we didn’t expect the ppty mgr to respond.……

“Where to start? To start there is a "cleaning fee" that was mentioned no where in the listing that was to be paid before we could receive the access code for the room. Air conditioning is on a timer also the a/c's are linked together so when you put one on the other turns off. It is a PROCESS just to get the a/c's running correctly and as the landlord is explaining to you how to "correctly" use the a/c, he will complain endlessly about the electricity bill. Then magically when we got the a/c's……

“Apartment was very clean....is in need of some upgrade. Communication with hostal not very good. Apartment is in need of pool and beach items.”
