「The airport shuttle service」

「飯店最大的優點我覺得就是可以讓寵物寶貝一起入住，最大的缺點應該就是電子門鎖的系統了，不太好用。」

「Hotel provide free Lyft ride to PHX is very good especially for morning flyers.」

「The hotel was exactly as expected, and overall, we had a great stay! The room was clean, the layout was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor downside was that the walls had some visible scuffs and damage from general wear and tear, which could use a little attention. Aside from that, everything was great, and we enjoyed our stay.」

「As a retired firefighter, and then went to work for a Sheriff’s office in Florida, I was really pleased with the security of the pass cards entering the building and using the elevator. And also thought the beer tap in the lobby was a fantastic idea . Our son and his girlfriend they’ve only a couple of blocks away so it was a great location along with the gym just across the parking lot perfect location we will be staying there again when we visit」

「Yes」

「Breakfast stopped right on 900am which suppose to be open until 10am. 」

「The toilet & shower place is not good in cleaning」

「Excellent: kitchen amenities in the suite are well maintained and full functional. The breakfast is great, healthy and delicious. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is closed to Glen Canyon Dam Bridge. Poor: it’s a very popular hotel and fine hospitality place for families with children so it’s a bit noisy. The washing machine is out of order and can’t fix the problem while staying.」

「浴室設備很糟糕…」

「This property needs a massive update and is very dated. The staff at the front desk have zero authority and have to go to someone in a back room to make any decisions. Not only were fees added without my consent but they accused me of being untruthful until I showed them the written communication. Cleaning lady refused to leave at 10 AM even though checkout is 11 AM. Do better for other guests as I will not be returning.」
