The only drawback is the location is isolated with no walkable dinner options but the hotel restaurant which has great food but gets repetitive after a few days. Definitely 5 stars and would return. "Our stay at Villa Piedimonte was fantastic. The facility is clean and comfortable. Breakfast and room service were excellent. I had accidentally left my phone in Rome the morning that we arrived in Ravello. The staff was very helpful, making and translating phone calls for me. I was extremely grateful that they were willing to go above and beyond to help me retrieve my phone. (Thank you, Mark!!) The views from our room were beautiful, and the historic village of Ravello is an easy walk, or the hotel provides a shuttle. I highly recommend that you visit Villa Piedimonte!!"
