Four bedrooms are available: three with a double bed (140x190 cm) and one with two bunk beds (80x190 cm). The accommodation includes a large living room and a spacious kitchen. Bed linen is not provided (please bring your own sheets and towels), but pillows and blankets are available. Located on the first floor of a two-story house, the apartment has a balcony that gets sun in the late afternoon. In the heart of the Parc des Bauges, you are three minutes from the Aillons 1000m resort, offering many outdoor activities for everyone (summer pool, zip lines, treetop adventure park, hiking, summer chairlift, mountain biking, etc.). In ten minutes you can reach Lescheraines, where you will find a leisure center, swimming and fishing lakes, water activities, and many shops to discover local products. Aix-les-Bains, Annecy, and Chambéry are all within half an hour. Enjoy nature and beautiful summer days!
The Pas de l’Ours gîte is located in Aillon-le-Jeune, in the heart of the Bauges Massif Regional Natural Park. This traditional Savoyard house offers two apartments available for seasonal rental. The accommodations are simple, but their prime location will allow you to enjoy a pleasant family holiday. You are only 3 minutes from the Aillon 1000m resort, which offers many leisure activities for both children and adults. Aix-les-Bains, with its beautiful Lake Bourget, as well as Annecy, are about forty kilometers away. Bed linen and towels are not provided. You must clean the accommodation before your departure, and the inspection takes place between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m.
