"Our stay was outstanding! Really enjoyed the indoor pool and spa! It was snowing when we arrived, so the hot water in the spa felt amazing. The shower in our room was one of the best showers ever, with good hot water and fantastic water pressure! Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience!!!"

"Most disgusting sh*thole ever!!! BEDBUGS!!!! The 1st room- the TV didn't work. The front desk lady told me to come down to switch it. When I got in the elevator I almost slipped because the whole thing had puddles. No wet caution sign. When I got down there, the water trailed all the way down the hall & lobby to the pool. When I mentioned it, she shrugged it off like it's normal because kids just got out. They switched me to "a suite that is their most expensive room" because they didn't have any other double bed rooms. It was about 8pm now. Watched TV until 10 & went to bed. At 2am I woke up itching all over. I had bites everywhere! I started searching the bed & lo and behold- BEDBUGS!!! Dead ones & alive ones. I couldn't sleep the rest of the night. I waited until first light & got the hell out of there!! When I told the front counter before leaving, & asked for a refund, again- didn't seem like anyone cared. She said she wasn't even a front desk person & I would have to call the manager later but more than likely I would not get a refund. Even though I told her I had video & photo proof. The NEXT day they attempted to charge my card a 2nd time for another $100 security deposit!!! Luckily my card was locked!! Expedia attempted to contact them on my behalf to get a refund. I honesty don't know how those conversations went but at the end of the day, I was not getting the refund. I also reported them to the local Health department & also to Super 8 Wyndham managent. "

"The breakfast had turkey sausage patties, which were delicious. The coffee was good. The suite was immaculate. I love that the rooms I could not hear anyone above me or in the hallway. The rooms are well insulated to noise."

"great hotel, excellent location near everything. amenities are great. rooms are spacious with fridge, microwave, 2 queens, pull out couch and a great bathroom. no complaints at all. my only grip is coffee on sunday. i came down 5 minutes after breakfast was over and just wanted coffee and they said they don't do coffee on the weekends. i would just ask for coffee available with the water all weekend. overall fantastic hotel, great little pool, really good hot tub, nice and hot with strong jets. if i'm ever in utah again, i'll stay here."
