The house, with a total surface area of 550m², can accommodate up to 14-16 people.
It is composed of 6 suites, each with its own bathroom and a private terrace (table, chairs, hammock for some of them);
All the rooms are mainly accessible from an outside passageway, behind the property, overlooking a patio, like a Spanish Hacienda.
A totally independent studio completes the Villa (ideal for a young family)
You will benefit from a comfort and a "haute-couture" hotel service worthy of a 5* hotel: luxurious welcome products in the bathrooms, very high quality bed and bathroom linen, welcome box...
Inside, the spaces are designed to offer you maximum comfort and privacy at the same time: a vast living room with large picture windows, open onto a dining room and overlooking a fully equipped kitchen. And everywhere a careful decoration, where each detail seems to be in its place, as if it had always been there. For your comfort, the house is fully air-conditioned, except living-room and dining-room.
Outside, the villa was built on a 6,000 m² Mediterranean garden.
You will find exceptional facilities: a swimming pool below the estate offering a remarkable view of the sea as well as several terraces with lounges to enjoy relaxing moments in complete privacy. Everywhere, real invitations to idleness and contemplation.
Just a stone's throw from Ajaccio's lively city centre but a thousand miles from its hustle and bustle and a few minutes from the white sandy beaches of the Route des Sanguinaires and restaurants, the Villa enjoys an exceptional location.

- End-of-stay cleaning and interim cleaning 2 times a week with 1 change of linen
- Beds made up on arrival with high quality bed linen and towels provided (including swimming pool towels)

- Personalised welcome and assistance from our House Manager before and during your stay

* SERVICES NOT INCLUDED, at extra cost :
- Additional cleaning time or change of linen, laundry and ironing
- Costs related to Concierge services at the tenant's request : taxi bookings, home chef, catering, babysitting, shopping, car/boat hire, airport transfers, sea or land excursions, yoga coach, sports coach, tailor-made programmes, etc.
- Cancellation and resort liability insurance: 5% of the total cost of the holiday (includes the following cover : cancellation and interruption of stay /late arrival / resort liability / travel repatriation assistance)
- Tourist tax : €5.06 per day/per person (children not subject to tax)
* RENTAL CONDITIONS :
- Pets allowed (under 10 kg). (Please note that the owner's cat will occupy the Villa during the entire stay). A fixed cleaning fee may be charged at the end of the stay, depending on the condition of the property due to their presence.

- Swimming pool is secure but not supervised - under the full responsibility of the tenants
- Non-smoking property
- Check-in: 5pm - Check-out: 10am
- A deposit will be required by the owner : 30% of total rental amount
