She spent a long time on her phone arranging transportation for us for very early the next morning. The building is old, but the rooms were more than adequate and the beds were comfortable. "One of the front office staff (he was well dressed and personable) was very helpful telling us how to walk to the War Memorial Redipuglia. It was extremely beautiful and humbling. Also we had to leave before the beautiful 5 am breakfast started and the morning front staff gentleman let us grab a croissant before we left. So kind!"
