"It was a short and simple stay. The hotel was excellent even amidst the chaotic city conditions . It was ideal when i selected it due to its location to the airport. The staff were very supportive and friendly. the facility was very clean , but it was also very new compared to the surroundings. "

"1) Suggested that outdoor chairs and perhaps a table be supplied. Not expensive stuff. The owner said if I contributed 500 pesos for delivery fees, they would be supplied, Huh. A very bizarre suggestion. 2) Asked for a refill of drinking water. No response. Utterly negligent. "

"Beautiful property with good staff and security. The room was very homey. Pool access is controlled with signing in with the attendant, but a very refreshing dip. It's a popular spot, so expect lots of kids though. Very nicely decorated, and as a Westerner, laying in front of the palm plants with the stone waterfall running was a very inviting tropical feel! The unit owner was very communicative, and was able to get us a parking spot after we rented a car, albeit after a parking fee and lots of coordination with security. There's a small strip-mall of amenities right next door, and delivery drivers have no trouble finding the property, so food is definitely not an issue. Just be sure to track your driver and meet them at the driveway drop-off."

"Very relaxing place to stay close to the airport. The bed and pillows are comfy. The bathroom is clean with all the necessities. The breakfast is excellent. The overall decor is nice with all the beautiful plants & flowers around. The wooden furnishings made for an overall cozy & relaxing environment. The staff provided excellent services. 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "

"The staff at the check in counter were very accommodating with their big smile. Check in process is very straightforward as I booked prepaid. I was impressed with the place. I called it paradise. The staffs were very friendly especially Ronnie the Lifeguard and bar staff namely Binoy and Aldrin. I love the foods from snacks to dinner and breakfast. Actually everyone from the staff were very welcoming and ready to help. The room is clean with very good air condition system. Enjoyed swimming at the beach with crystal clear water. I did not managed to enquire about the spa but hope they have sauna, gym and swimming pool facilities. The property is well maintained. I highly recommend the property to family and friends. I’m dreaming of coming back again in the near future."

"Overall the Caza was a nice place and well kept. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate when asked. The only issue I had was they charged my for two breakfasts when my girlfriend only had coffee. When I confronted them about it they argued and would not change the bill. It was the only issue I had and felt it was cheap enough it didn’t matter that much. I would stay there again even with that experience. Nice place to stay."
