「Check in is very easy as they have a front desk staffed 24/7 - all of them are very friendly, know the names of all the residents, and help to make “hotel guests” feel very welcome.
The room didn’t have a hair dryer when we arrived, but they brought one up no problem. The location is excellent and very walkable. The amenities (pool, fitness center, lounge) are all excellent. Great value for everything it included!」
