They can arrange for transportation to or from Marrakech (40€) and even Casablanca (110€). We arrived during Ramadan and COVID. We weren’t sure what to expect, so we did not make any pre-travel plans. Omar was able to arrange for guide for hiking or driving tours on arrival. They even let us stay one more night, as we couldn't get to the hotel on the first night due to recent avalanches. Due to the snowfall, the climb up to the hostel was quite slippery: the path is narrow and winding. The views from the hotel were excellent to the surrounding mountains and Imlil. “WARNING: DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL We had booked 3 nights and got a confirmation from Hotels.com. The payment was withdrawn from our account. When we arrived, no one were at the riad. A neighbour contacted the owner who told us, that the riad was sold half a year ago. The new owner didn’t know anything about our reservation and furthermore that he didn’t cooperate with Hotels.com. So we had to find another hotel. When we contacted Hotels.com to have our money back, they claimed that the booking was……

“We loved the idea of staying in the mountains however, the property did not mention vital information like; there is no transport facilities at all, you have to hire a taxi through their tour company which charges 80€ each way to airport/Marrakesh. Also, we were told by Expedia that we’d have shared bathroom with another room however, there is 3 other rooms and whilst we were there, there was at least another 6 guests. No sink in the bathroom so we had to brush our teeth in the only sink in……

Wir würden nach unserer anstrengenden Wanderung von Herrn Brahim bereits an der Stelle innEmpfang genommen, an dem der Weg zur Unterkunft vom Wanderweg abzweigt. Die Zimmer waren einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Neben dem Begrüßungstee bekamen wir abends eine Suppe, eine leckere Tagine und Obst, morgens gab es ein gutes Frühstück. Es gibt……
