"This hotel was nothing like the photos—run-down, dirty, and had bed bugs. The AC barely worked, and the place felt unsafe. I tried to pay for my meal before leaving in the middle of the night, but when their card machine failed, they locked the doors and wouldn’t let us out, even though we offered other payment methods. "It was lovely to revisit Riad Atlas 4 Seasons and to meet once again the brilliant family who have created such a special place. The room was cosy and traditional with a spacious seating area outside. The terrace has the most stunning views; breakfast and dinner were delicious and served promptly even though the Riad was full. The family were so helpful - even giving us a lift into the village with our bags when we were setting off on our trek. I would recommend the Riad as a wonderful place to stay for couples, families, groups or solo travellers"
