"The service here is truly exceptional. They care deeply about their guests, and when the refrigerator wasn't working in the room service room, it was replaced immediately. When I requested room service, the attendant arrived very quickly. All the staff, from the hotel entrance to reception to the rooms, are excellent and helpful. Swimming together. The rooms themselves offer a stunning sea view and a beautiful bathroom. However, the bathrooms need renovation to befit this hotel. Despite their spaciousness, the bathtub is very narrow and unsuitable for the elderly. The buffet has options to suit all tastes, both adults and children, but it needs more supervision. Guests often let their children handle food and pastries with their bare hands, which is unsightly for others. The children can't be blamed if there isn't more oversight from the management."

"Located inside a shopping area I didn't expect so many shops. Food was excellent everywhere and the service I received was top notch. I have injured my food and the manager (Moheb) was so kind to take me personally to the hospital for xrays: incredible service !! They also arranged an excellent door to door service to Cairo allowing extra space for my leg at a very competitive price. Well done !"

"Stopped in Alexandria for a week from USA and found this beautiful home at a great price. Owner greeted me on sight and was an amazing guy that helped me and my wife with explaining the area. House was amazing and huge with crazy amount of space. Pool was great in the hot days and lit up at night. Many great restaurants around the area with Uber or owner can set up with driver. Honestly was best place stayed at in Egypt in my time and will definitely be staying here again. Owner even drove us to where we needed to go to leave and is a great person to talk to about the area and very knowledgeable! 5 stars"
