吉達阿爾費哈阿酒店住宿推介

「The first time I checked in last time in October of 2025, there were some plumbing issues in the shower. This time this has improved quite well and all the services were highly recommended!」

「I had the worst customer service experience with Mbaat. I booked a property in mid-July and paid in full upfront through Expedia. On check-in day, we were left waiting a long time with my kids while the staff claimed no payment was made. Even after I sent proof via WhatsApp, I received no response for a while, then was told the payment was “not complete.” I had to call Expedia to resolve the issue. Because of this experience, I will never return to Mbaat or recommend them to family and friends.」

「Thr staff was good customer service was great the rooms was amazing the breakfast was great the gym was nice」

「Clean and minted rooms, friendly and helpful staff」

「Everything was great, the room is very nice, location is walking distance to the beach and to some of many great restaurants and shops. The staff are very welcoming, they even brought me a birthday cake since it was my birthday, which was really appreciated.」

「What a spectacular find in Jeddah. Usually I would stay further south in the city. However, this location is so much better. It's safer. It's closer to a world of choices of food to pick from. On top of all these, the service is great, the place is kept clean and the food provided is abundant and clean. 」
