「Good」

「Not as expected. Hotel itself is nice. But even I'm gold member on Hotels.com. Hotel staff not willing to offer early check-in (they refused immediately, not even check). The interior of the room seems to be good but if look carefully, many facilities not qualified. totally not organized and think thru what customers want. Shower room is worth, always drained after shower so it appears they never bother to check and clean. Bed sheets also many obvious stains, even you public showed to the room...

「Good service, the nice receptionist and security. People will come to help me when I carry my luggage. I appreciate it.」

「no hot water for shower」

「Awesome room with full amenities. Great location. Totally worth the price」

「Large space but very bad environment. Table check in very slow」

「This hotel ss great stuff very helpful but there was cockroaches everywhere. They changed my room 3 times all the hotel is full of it. I was taking shower cockroache come out of sink. 」

「Notified property via expedia app that I would be checking in late. When I arrived at property they had no knowledge of this and gave the room away. It was a no cancellation booking. The property was full so they had to find another room in another apartment to put me in. Not what you want or need after travelling through the night.」
