Parking was a nightmare, and the night valet staff felt rude and dismissive. The hotel desperately needs separate entrances or proactive guest communication (like WhatsApp updates) regarding high-traffic periods. The staff were polite, but their priorities felt misplaced. They over-apologized and sent complimentary snacks for a minor door lock issue we had already...

「Friendly staff, handy airport transfer and comfortable beds.」

「I find the hotel from the map of hotel.com. But after I took a taxi, i just found out the location on the map is not the same as in Google map. I should stay near to qaboos mosque and the feature of this hotel is that I could walk to the mosque in 5minutes. But actually it is totally another story and now no one is solving try problem and admit it is whose fault. Once there is someone hold responsibility I will change my comment」

「The staff are exceptionally friendly but the overall cleanliness of the hotel needs to improve and updates need to happen. Daily housecleaning is offered but the hotel needs some more attention. A profound deep cleaning and paint job. Gym was great and location is not too bad. Pool cleanliness is questionable so I avoided it. You can always get about using local taxi apps. And walk down 30min to have a nicer area on the beach. Direct beach near hotel is a fishing community with shacks so best...
