「This property was an excellent find. The room was well appointed and quiet. The hotel ambiance was stylish and elegant. Above all, the service was exceptional. Nothing was a problem and the entire team was always focused on providing the very best guest service. Well done to Shahab and his team. I know where I will be staying when next in Jeddah. 」

「I booked a 3 bedroom apartment. One washroom shower had a big crack on the floor. We took picture and reported to the reception desk. They didnt switch our room. When we took shower, the whole washroom got filled with water. We reported to the reception. They gave us a wiper to clear the floor. Also due to the crack on the floor, the shower floor was shaky and unsafe to use. Also, the description of the apartment stated, there is a sofa bed in the living room. But in reality, it was just a sofa...

「No twin bed available & we got upgrade to another room. However the door lock was broken & we were unable to open the door upon return. There was a big round bed but it was very short in length & I don’t think it will fit any guy」

「The staff were very helpful especially the bellboy and security. They helped to book taxis to and from the local mall as well as helped book a taxi to the airport for my early morning flight.」

「The hotel is new and located in an excellent area. The rooms, facilities, and overall condition of the property are very good. However, the hotel uses a strong perfume scent throughout the corridors, elevators, entrance, and common areas. The fragrance is intolerable and unnecessary for a new and well-maintained hotel.」

「What a spectacular find in Jeddah. Usually I would stay further south in the city. However, this location is so much better. It's safer. It's closer to a world of choices of food to pick from. On top of all these, the service is great, the place is kept clean and the food provided is abundant and clean. 」
