「Wonderful! The bed was extremely comfortable, we both slept very well and our backs appreciated the bed. Very interesting antiques throughout which we enjoyed. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We would gladly stay there again.」

「Our stay at Eyja was lovely. The rooms are chic and the beds are comfy, the bar area is adorable and the staff was helpful. My only complaints are that the gym was pretty lackluster (there’s really just yoga mats and a broken row machine) and the bar and restaurant close so early - I believe at 9? Having some food options other than chips for nights when we came in later would have been great!」
「Bathrooms are very clean and you get privacy in the showers. Rooms are also clean and provide you with what you need. Very nice common space. No parking in the area though - have to park around 10 mins away somewhere. highly recommend overa. 」

The location is beautiful located just next to a fjeld, and it just looked stunning.
We slept 4 in the bus, and used the shared toilets and showers.
It is an easy short car ride from Reykjavik, and we also did a daytrip through the golden circle from here.
The campsite has cats and chicken, and we enjoyed their “visits”.
We spend two nights, and would probably feel it was too small for more days, but for a short stay, it was very nice. And it truly is a unique...
「Quite pleased with my stay at the Alda. Very professional and courteous staff . My room had a balcony so I could walk out and enjoy the views and the weather. Enjoyed having enough space to spread my gear out and get organized. Breakfast each morning was delicious and filling. The hotel is in part of the main tourist and shopping area so it is very walkable to most all destinations. Definitely would recommend. 」
