“Cute attic apartment! The queen size beds were very comfortable and everything was really clean. Perfect size kitchen for coffee and snacks. Space was bright during the day and the blinds kept the light out in the morning. The neighborhood was quiet and the parking was easy.”

“Super cute place, walking distance to broadway. Had everything we could need. I would definitely stay here again. Pictures don’t do it a justice. I just wish the bed was bigger for us as a tall couple. Lol ”

“Very clean place. Very nice cooperative owner. didn't realize it was a basement apartment. Longer to the convention center than I thought. Only downside was being able to hear people walking around upstairs.”

“What an awesome stay with Jill and Tom! They welcomed us and showed us around the apartment and was always available if we needed anything at all. Beautiful location!! So close to the many things downtown Denver has to offer! We scootered everywhere! Thank you Tom and Jill!”

“Marcia's place was perfect in every way for me and my partner. Spotlessly clean, convenient location about 10 blocks from our daughter's family (and Washington Park), quiet, good lighting--from windows and light fixtures/lamps, comfortable bed (and a separate auxiliary sleeping arrangement for me, the snoring husband, in the living room), good communication with Marcia--this place checked all of the boxes and then some! We plan to stay here again on our next visit to Denver!”
