「I really enjoyed my stay on the boat. Quiet, serene with ducks, geese and other birds to listen to. Finding it was easy as the host had very specific directions and descriptions. I liked being able to use the dock showers as boat shower are always too small. There's even a sitting area above with various gardens to relax at. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「The cottage in Alameda exceeded expectations in every way: Light and airy inside, a good-sized bath off the bedroom with a large living room work area in the front of the hone. Updates to the kitchen make it a pleasure for cooking and eating. Even a washer and dryer for us to wash clothes and the sheets at the end of our first week of stay. Nearby coffee shop on Central Ave with Webster St. services within walking distance. Five stars all around.」

「Well when we got to our stay at 7:30pm it had NOT been cleaned and the 1st thing greeting us was a snotty tissue on the floor! Could NOT contact host which had been a problem since the beginning of this rental process. The 'secure' entry was the door key IN the door lock. 「The space is exactly as advertised. Bring sandals to go between the loft and the studio and to get out to the hot tub!The views from the hot tub were top notch. The studio doesn't have its own heating element and we found it a bit cold so we slept in the loft, but if you're going to need both keep that in mind. There isn't a dedicated spot to dry dishes either so know that. Overall we loved the location, the host was nice and communicated well with us. Thank you!」

「Listing lies about the parking -- there is none. You have to squeeze your way into the driveway past a parked car that leaves about a foot of space to lift your heavy bags over.. The key lockbox is confusing and hard to use with arthritic fingers. There's a handicap accessible sign on the gate but this is a joke because of the car blocking it.
