We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel costing 20 euros, cheaper than what we were quoted by Uber. We managed to book the hotel shuttle back to the airport, costing 5 euros per person. Would have been better if the shuttle ran for a longer period of time instead of the very restricted time, and if the driver would help with the luggage. "

This is frustrating and made checking in more difficult. However, it was much better to deal with a person at the hotel rather than a virtual check-in, which we have had in the past which has terribly wrong. Hotels.com needs to adjust its communication policies."

"Booked a king superior room. Bed was huge, but the hotel does not provide any water or tea/coffee maker. Of course you can order room service or use the mini bar. I was expecting a bottle of water and a coffee maker. I paid for spa access and enjoyed the facilities. I thought the breakfast buffet was ok. "
