“The room was spacious with nice view of Mayon volcano. The water pressure and hot water supply in bathroom area left something to be desired. Rooms in general could use updating. Breakfast buffet options were good but found a insect inside one of the juices. Staff were not as friendly as what I am used to. In general, it was a good place to stay though in this non tourist town.”

“The room was very good—clean, comfortable bedding, and spacious enough. A refrigerator would’ve been a nice touch, but it wasn’t essential. Shower pressure and temperature control were excellent. “The room was sufficient, but the bathroom definitely needed to be reworked. There is no hot running water. There is no real pressure for the shower. So I had to use the bucket and a kettle that was provided by the hotel to heat up my water so I wasn’t taking a cold bucket bath. “The room bathroom and cabinets needed major renovation. It looks the same way from when I went in 2018. There were small cockroaches that came out when I was in the shower and around the sink. The towel rack was about to fall and hit me in the shower as well. Overall the breakfast was the only thing that was good with our stay. ”
