「We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Country Inn & Suites in Albertville. The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The first room I was assigned had a broken air conditioner, and phone didn’t work. Upon returning to the front desk, I was assigned a different room that was fine. Unfortunately new staff handled the swap incorrectly which led to me being charged for both room. The manager handled quickly and reversed the overcharge. 「Do not stay here! Arrived to check in to find the restaurant closed. It would have been nice to have received communication about this prior to check in, as we drove several hours and expected to have a meal on arrival. Then, discovered we had no hot water in our room and a toilet that just ran non-stop. The desk clerk took $50 off our stay, which doesn’t cover the inconvenience.
