L'appartement est bien placé, on peut tout faire à pied. Il est simplement équipé mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. La literie est bonne. Il est spacieux. Pour les points négatifs, le boulevard est bruyant, il faut bien laisser les fenêtres fermées. Malheureusement un joint supérieur de la fenêtre s'est décollé et nous avons eu du bruit dans la chambre. On a mis un moment pour comprendre pourquoi le bruit rentrait tant. Forte odeur de moisi dans le hall d'entrée et grosse odeur de cigarettes dans l'appartement. L'aération a amélioré les choses. La baignoire n' est pas renforcée et on a peur de casser quelque chose en montant dedans. La salle d'eau mériterait des joins neufs (moisis pour certains) et un éclairage central. Manque de peinture à certains endroits. Dans l'ensemble, appartement est bien, propre, spacieux, bien placé mais de petits travaux d'entretien seraient nécessaires.

Perfect location, great apartment, wonderful host

The host welcomed us at the door and shows us the apartment as well as yelling us some of the better restaurants in the town. The apartment on the map seemed a bit further then it actually was from everything in town and it was in a safe area with a nighttime only market just a few doors away should you need anything after hours. The apartment was clean and spacious with a very large bathroom. I would...and probably will stay here again.

De passage à Albi pour 2 jours, nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement très bien situé. Après avoir laissé la voiture au parking indiqué, nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Appartement spacieux. Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire qui a été de bon conseil.

Het was een ruim appartement. De buurt van het Appartement was erg luidruchtig in de nacht. Hierdoor slecht geslapen. De electrische kookplaat deed het niet. Verder alles goed.
