“Great beachside location. Jorge met us at the location and gave a thorough and usefull orientation. The apartment was clean and the ocean view wonderful. Small balcony excellent for morning coffee or evening drinks. Bathrooms were both very nice with good towels and water pressure, w plenty of hot water. AC worked exceptionally well, thats not always the case in Europe. The automatic blackout blinds made for a good nights sleep . I can recommend this place for a couple traveling solo or w……

“Anthony is an excellent host, and the apartment suits perfectly for a short stay in Valencia! Situated right next to (behind) CC. Arenas is also very convenient. Check in was smooth and easy! Kitchen facilities are good and as described/pictured. Nice touch with the courtesy basket featuring sachets of coffee, salt, sugar, oil and also little magdalenas! There's isn't a wine bottle opener though (or, not that I found), but this was no problem for us as I always bring my own on a self-catering……

"I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available. I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked. And then a hotel guest noticed the conversation and telling me he’s cancelling his booking and going to Barcelona. And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very nice even send a staff to look for another already clean room for me for faster check in. I’m very thankful for those who help us in need. As the hotel room, it’s simple room but clean. "
