My children and I stayed at this home for 3 nights. It was clean, relaxing, and comfortable. We had a great time playing pool and air hockey. The owner and management staff are friendly and communicate quickly. There are many stores, restaurants, and things to do nearby and just a short drive away.

nice home, good amenities, responsive owners. the kids enjoyed all the games. the adults enjoyed the hot tub. they left us a bottle of wine which was very nice. the check in process is more than most places we have stayed and you have to sign paperwork in person at the home but the check in lady JoAnn was nice and helpful and accommodating on the time we checked in with her.

Home is family and pet friendly, nice amenities including pool table, foosball and air hockey. Location and community offers more during summer with access to lake, non-motorised boats/canoes, and access to pool and community center with restaurant. Great family home

An absolute lovely location. We went white water rafting and did some other outdoor activities in the area. The location of the home was perfect. Close to everything. The home was a family’s dream, clean and spacious. The game room insured hours of family fun. Home was also great for animals as we brought our 2 labs and the area was great for walking them. Will absolutely look to come back.

First Time in Poconos

Great home. Great location. Loved the hot tub and the deck. The game room was great! Nice to have our dogs with us. Kitchen pots and pans and kitchen need an upgrade. I like to cook and had a difficult time finding what I needed. Overall nice relaxing vacation and close to hiking and Jim Thorpe. Will come back again.

Family Get Away

Beautiful house We stayed with our 3 older sons before our youngest goes off to college. He wanted to relive younger days when we stayed here in this community. House was perfect for older children Game room was greatly enjoyed. Perfect house to come back to after trips to Hawk Mountain and Bush Kill Falls. Even took in the recommendation of ice cream at Hog Island Creamery. Highly recommend for older group, but house is very safe for young kids. Attention to detail even on deck with locked porch door. Even a bottle of wine at welcome. Pride of ownership throughout. Beautiful home!

Expectations

The house was comfortable, and overall the stay was fine. However there were a couple of things that surprised me. Perhaps the information was in the listing, and I didn't read close enough, but there was a lot of communication necessary with the property owner in order to have our vehicles registered/permitted to be in the development. There was a form to fill out (probably requirements of the development). Completion of different requirements were time sensitive. If you rent this house, just know that you will need to communicate with the owner and property manager numerous times. Also, the owner insisted that all communication would have to be done via text in order to expedite, so very little of the communication could be done on the VRBO app. The check in process was somewhat belabored as the property manager asked for text message updates when we left home, when we were one hour from arriving, and again when we were 20 minutes away so that they could arrange their schedule to help other renters check in at other properties. This wasn't a negative experience, but my expectations were not accurate when I rented the home that so much additional communication would be required (again via text outside VRBO app). The home had good space, bedrooms to spread out, and comfortable living room. Game room was great. The kitchen had basic supplies, but guests need to bring anything they would need outside the bare essentials. We were asked to drive our garbage to central location.
