Nestled in a private community with a lake that has a beach, pool, and pickleball. This cozy retreat boasts 7 bedrooms, 4 baths and is walking distance to the lake and pool. This home has something for everyone, you can challenge friends to shuffle board, foosball, pool, and roulette. Cozy up by the fireplace, Unwind in the inviting hot tub after an exhilarating day on the slopes at the nearby mountains. Watch the wild life from the nice big deck.

The first floor features an 8 ft. pool table, foosball, shuffle board, roulette table, and family room with large screen TV, step right out to the patio and enjoy the hot tub, patio also has a grill,
3 bedrooms, and a full bath.

The main floor features a 20 ft. raised ceiling, fireplace and a beautiful window display that opens onto a huge deck with patio furniture. This floor also includes a dining room with a large table, fully stocked kitchen, living room with TV, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

LINENS AND TOWEL ARE PROVIDED

Our home is walking distance to the lake, and pool less then a mile to the Pickle ball and Tennis courts. Enjoy the privacy of this mountain getaway while still being conveniently located to many major attractions and ski resorts.

8 Badges are provided for lake/community pool, Additional wristbands are available for purchase, $10.00 per day per person, children five and under do not need any wristbands. Day passes can be purchased at the boat rental office by the lake. $100.00 Charge if badges are lost
There are public lake beaches at Beltzville and Hickory Run State Park

Beautiful and quiet house. My family and I had an amazing time here. The host provides a good amount of games to keep everyone occupied as well. Pros: The location, the host with responding quickly, Entertainment available (shuffle board, pool table, foosball, ect.), quiet and peaceful. Cons: The beds are hard and very noisy, by the end of the week our backs and shoulders were stiff. The house is definitely cleaner AFTER our stay. Alot of wear and tear that could use some TLC. Overall we enjoyed everything and would 100% stay again.

Great trip

My teacher friends and I needed a much needed break. This space was great, we had 14 people stay comfortably. The dining room table was the perfect place for games and meals. It fit our entire group. The basement and the living room also fit everyone comfortably. I would highly suggest this space!

This Christmas House getaway provided everything a large family needed to complete the holiday spirit. Plenty of bedrooms, dining areas and times for games and family fun! Linda our Host was always available, responsive and accommodating. We'll recommend this house to everyone!

Long Weekend in the Mountains

Our stay was fantastic. Half of our group arrived Thursday, the other half arrived Friday. The location, amenities, and overall property was more than accommodative for our group needs. Spacious living area, wonderful kitchen, and plenty of bedrooms that allow comfort and privacy, not to mention a thriving outdoor section with a backyard, deck and patio underneath. Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side, however we did not let that keep us down. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

Beautiful house and great getaway

The house is perfect for a friends and family getaway! Enough space to spend time but also have time to yourself if needed. The owners were responsive and helpful! Will definitely have to comeback!

Great location

The location was great, right around the corner from the pool and the lake/beach. Plenty of space and all those bedrooms allowed us to spread out. Communication with our host was easy and she answered all our questions quickly.

Thanksgiving family trip

The stay at this home was very nice. It was comfortable and provided plenty of space for my growing family - we are grandparents with kids and grandkids that joined us for the holiday. The children enjoyed the game room and playing outside- they enjoyed watching the deer that visited everyday.

Great house and location

Hard to leave this house. The Poconos are beautiful. Highly recommend Hawks and Dingsman Falls. All five families who stayed there had a great time. Plenty of room. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this rental!

Much Needed

This place is very cozy. Bedrooms are spacious and comfy .The game room was the highlight we spent most of our time there. Right outside the game room is the jacuzzi and a sitting area. Good if you need fresh air or for the smokers. Will definitely stay here again

Great New Years Weekend

The property had everything we needed. Plenty of private sleeping arrangements for all guests. Lots of rooms and areas to convene for dinner and games; or to get away by oneself to read. The hot tub was great! Linda the Host was immediately available, responsive and accommodating. It was all we could expect for a large family gathering.

Overall great stay

Overall we had a great stay. Everyone had their own rooms and we had plenty of room to do what we wanted. Linda was a great host. The only complaint and what we felt was a violation of privacy was the camera they had over the hot tub that went off everytime you were in or around it. The description they gave said it was up high over looking the driveway which would have made sense but to be looking at people while they are in the hot tub or possibly doing something else is highly inappropriate.

Spacious, comfy and clean.

Our party of 11 had a fantastic stay. Everything was very clean and the description was spot on. The community that this home is in has a pool. Easily walkable from the house. The pool doesn’t have pool chairs so take pool chairs or sit on your blanket. We loved using the hot tub and the big porch for our gatherings. The owner was easily accessible and very helpful. I would recommend this home for any season.

Wonderful Christmas Weekend

We had a great stay! The house was cozy but room enough for 18 of us. The hosts even had a Christmas tree up. My 9 grandkids enjoyed the game room and we were able to prepare our early Christmas dinner and all eat around the ample table. The only downside was that the front porch was icy (it was very cold and had just snowed) and my son did take a fall but once we salted (salt bucket was available) the cement wasn’t too bad. The grounds were lovely and we all took an enjoyable walk. All in all a lovely weekend at a lovely home.

Friends Weekend

We had 12 people total. The place was great…enough bedrooms for all of us, plenty of bathrooms, large dining table so we could all sit together for meals & plenty of seating to sit around & chat. The pool table was awesome but could use a little TLC. The owners had a lovely home & we really enjoyed ourselves! We would definitely stay there again.
