Rio Grande Villa

I was looking for a place to hold a graduation party. It was the perfect place. It was big enough for my family to hang out without feeling too crowded. There are also plenty of nearby grocery stores for those last minutes items.

Lots of Beds

Pros - there are a lot of beds and it sleeps a lot of people. He refunded our second night (we left after one night). Cons - You do not have the place to yourself. The owner is in the garage apartment and is around (a door from the house leads directly to it). It was not very clean, floors were dirty, sheets smelled like they had been left in the washer too long, house was musty or moldy. There are burned out light bulbs all over the place. The backyard is not well kept and their is a lot of junk laying around. You are required to strip the beds and empty out the trash before you leave. Bottom line - if you’re a bunch of guys looking for a place to hold a bachelor party, it’s probably fine.

Great for a family stay

We had a great stay for Thanksgiving. The master bedroom closets are converted to bedrooms which works really well for families with small children. The kids can sleep in the closet area and go to bed early without the grownups waking them up, but still be right next to mom and dad overnight. It’s a very spacious kitchen and living room. Roberto was super easy to communicate with and very kind. Thanks again!

Renter this property for an event and it was perfect

We had my daughters scout court of honor in the back yard and it was beautiful! Plenty of comfort beds for plenty of guests. Kitchen was big and made prep easy. The a/c worked great which we appreciated very much. Would definitely rent this property again. Great and friendly communication. So nice to have then ability to have an event at this beautiful property our guests were impressed!

Lots of space but the rental needs some work

The property was spacious but that was the only positive aspect. The floors were dirty and the whole property seemed old and not updated. The backyard did not look as well kept as the pictures on VRBO implied. There were broken doors and lights that didn't work (which made it dim at night). The property manager was responsive but many of these issues should have been taken care of before we got there. I would not stay at this property again in its current state.

Charming property that's great for a group

My friends and I had a great time at Manzana Villa for New Year's Eve. The property is able to accommodate a lot of people. It's a great location for groups. It's in a charming part of town that has some endearing rural elements. Roberto is a great host. I appreciated how good he is a communicating. I recommend Manzana Villa.

Beautiful, spacious, southwestern, themed home.

This is a big, open, lovely home on a huge lot near stores and restaurants. Perfect for a family re-union, ballon fest gathering or a work retreat. The owner/builder, Roberto Montoya was great to work with--helpful, accommodating and no drama. I would gladly stay there again. -Vince Sturla

Lobo Graduation

We rented this villa to have a place for our son's graduation party. The house and property met our needs perfectly. The owner was more than accommodating and the location could not have been better! If you have an outdoor event, look no further!
