Peaceful stay
This is a wonderful.property in a really neat neighborhood. Our dogs loved the greenery in the backyard and our grandson had a blast playing as well. Weblove to cook and the kitchen was very well stocked to do that. The master bedroom is huge and comfortable, and the split plan allows for fsmily to have their own space. This is definitely a "do again". The host was very responsive and check in was a breeze.

Long weekend visit. Nice neighborhood, lovely house, comfortable, and well appointed. Host was clear about check in, gave us a heads up on a small non-issue with the property, and responsive to questions. My family would be happy to stay there again.

Great home away from home
Very clean house in a great neighborhood. We needed to be close to UNM and this was perfect. Very close to shopping malls/stores and restaurants. Owner has a list he suggests. There are also several grocery stores nearby although Google took me to a Whole Foods that was not yet finished being built and to a Walmart that had been shut down so perhaps adding nearby grocery stores to the list provided would be good. The only con to this house is that it is very cold in the winter. There is a fireplace in the living room and heaters in each room but heat does not reach the bathrooms and if you have to use one in the middle of the night or early morning they are freezing. The heaters themselves are also very noisy. They creak all night long. Nothing some earplugs won't fix. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. If we find ourselves in Alb. again we would definitely stay here.

Clean inside and out. Comfortable. Great layout for meals and games while cooking and watching TV. Primary bedroom was quite and completely separate so 2 adult families could hang out and still be in the same house with lots of privacy.
