Better than a hotel. The manager was reachable for questions, like when we couldn’t get the door unlocked. It's a nondescript building with three units. The building looks sketchy from the outside, but it was lovely inside. It was homey. Had a coffee maker with coffee, tea, cream, sugar. There were pots, pans, silverware, dishes, everything you need to cook, which we did. Full size refrigerator. It has wide couch that could double as a bed. If two people are using the bed, one has to crawl over to get to the other side of the bed. The bedroom door wouldn't stay closed, which wasn't a problem for us, but it could be if you’re sharing the room with someone. I would suggest adding a broom. And there's no garbage disposal. There’s an enclosed porch area with a skylight, and there was a bicycle we didn’t use. Many attractions are very close like the zoo or the Hispanic Heritage Center. Old Town, The Biopark Aquarium. Pueblo Cultural Center. Isotope Stadium - all within 10 minutes. A lot of worn things and broken things. There was a crack in the window. The towel holder came off the wall. Plaster was coming loose. The hot water knob came off in the shower. There's broken tiles on the kitchen floor covered with little rugs that don't stay put. If you turn on the air conditioning, it just blows really loud all over the kitchen. And it's very cold when you're in the path of the air. They also had swamp coolers. We didn't use them.
