I loved it. We had a room with a sliding door out to the courtyard. It was very nice with a dog.There was a pool, hot tub and workout room in the courtyard. Dining was offered on the premises.Breakfast was pretty basic.

There was issues with the water. It was coming out brown the night we got there. The following morning it was still brown and the lady at the front desk said to run it for a few minutes. It never got clear. Stayed brown and smelled horrible. Other than that the room was decent. Staff was kind and friendly.

Rooms are very outdated, got a room where someone had stole the cable box so didn't have any channel but the Olympics for awhile, but the front desk and maintenance were quick to resolve it once we let them know & both were very nice. It's okay for a quick stay but we left very itchy & got a rash making me wonder if there were bedbugs. There was also hair from someone else in the shower. Probably wouldn't stay again unless there weren't other options.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, location was convenient. There are hotels in ABQ that I prefer if I want to have a fancy weekend away, but when I am just looking for a room for a night or 2, The Querque hotel has become my go-to place in ABQ.

The staff was courteous, yet the experience was not very good. Went to use the pool an hour before they closed. Pool was over capacity. Children dressed in jeans, were swimming. There must have been 50 children in the pool, with minimum supervision. Came to the motel to swim for Valentines day. After the pool experience, went to the room to retire for the evening. All night long, there was loud booms, coming from somewhere in the motel. Also, loud machinery echoed through the room all night.

This property is not as represented online! I chose this property thinking it had a nice pool, but the pool area was trashed. NO towels. Lots of garbage. ( I\nN fact , the same garbage day after day used tissues litter used cubs , dirty towels , etc.) The room and pool felt yucky. No hot water in the shower!!! Discolored water coming out of the tap, furniture blocking the door, nonfunctional locks. Very run down and awkwardly arranged. Locks didn't work properly on either door. Doors were difficult to open/stuck. The staff also accessed my room when I was not there, which led me to feel unsafe. I switched hotels After\nI identified my concerns to both my book. Travel booking agency and the front hotel staff with no resolution or apology. They were quick to offer an excuse as to why they entered my room, even though they did not remove the garbage or clean anything, they DID take the clean towels I had and move my things!

I classify this property as a 'Diamond In The Rough' with everything from staff, amenities and cleanliness at the top!
