“The location was great; but be ready to climb some steps. The hotel staff and valet service were awesome. Other than our room being right at the elevators everything was great with the room. The only exception was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were not good nor was the western omelets. My friend got sick after eating it.”

“This property was so close to everything. We walked everywhere. Parked when we arrived and didn’t get back in the car until we left to head back home. Right across the street from the Peace Center where we caught an off broadway show.”

“Room was clean and things were fine, but just fine. The check in staff were ok, but not terribly welcoming or friendly. The room decor is very minimalist and sparse if that’s your vibe, but we knew that from the photos. We were put in a room in the 2nd floor facing the street. The car and motorcycle noise was so loud and continuous, practically unbearable until 10:30 at night. I assume rooms on the higher floors are better, but I had to request earplugs in order to sleep. We had a last minute……

“The valet was very helpful in explaining how to navigate the self park garage. Walking into the lobby, there was no signage as to where check in was Once we figured it out, we walked up to the desk and there were 3 people in line waiting to check in and no employee in site. We waited for almost 5 minutes before a lady came up. She seemed like she didn't enjoy her job very much. We paid for a king room with a balcony overlooking the river She put us in a handicap accessible room overlooking the……

“This place is right in the heart of Greenville! Turn left and it’s a short walk to Augusta St Gather GVL and Unity/Mayberry Park. Turn right and a short walk you’re at Liberty Bridge/Reedy Park Falls and Main Street. 30mins walk up Main and you’re at Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Kasa is non contactless apartments (no person in lobby) but contacting them through their portal was always met with quick replies to any questions. The apartment was spacious & clean. Was very thankful to have laundry……

“Free laundry at the sister hotel across the street and free printing in the business center. The staff at both the holiday inn and the sister hotel were just the nicest people. Went above and beyond for us! Only con is that the cleaning agent they use is a heavily perfumed floral. If you're sensitive to smells, maybe skip this hotel.”

“Cute, comfortable, cozy, clean and so close to Main St, stores, trail, great restaurants and beautiful Reedy Falls Bridge and park. Just a great place with everything fresh for bfast and snacks. We loved the Swamp Rabbit Inn!”
