Receptionist ignored us for 11 minutes on arrival, choosing to type things first. Aircon was on hot mode only, we told them but they did nothing so we had an awful night. We left after one night and were not offered a refund. Bed and pillows were awful. Bathroom shower didn’t work.

Room was clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. Great central location in the city. Check-in was a bit confusing but staff were very helpful to resolve it.

We had a wonderful stay at this country property 15 minutes from Sagunt. It was ideal for our family group of ten people aged from 18 months up.
