「Breakfast waffle machine was broken I fell in the hall and nobody could help me they said they would send the manager to my room and nobody showed up all day to even see if I was ok. So I think that was very poor on the manager The front desk said they didn't have accident reports. I hurt my left shoulder and my right knee and I am also handicap.」
