"Overall, this was a good stay for the price. The room was comfortable and the location was convenient, especially being close to O’Hare. Staff was decent and the check-in process was smooth. The only downside was cleanliness in the bathroom—there was noticeable mold/mildew in the sink and shower , which could definitely use better attention. Aside from that issue, everything else met expectations for a budget-friendly stay."

"Booked the trip months in advance, paying almost $200 a night. Then the trip came and my step dad found rates at only $100 a night on their website. The room was clean and nice for 2 queen beds, my only complaint about the room was that there was NO microwave. We later found a community one behind the check-in desk at the lobby. It was just very inconvenient since we needed it at least twice a day. Plus, the pool and hot tub were in a completely different building, across the parking lot. But the staff was nice. The hot tub was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. Being a Spa, I thought that we would get massages or maybe facials. A 1 hour massage was $175. Way too expensive for me. We would have been better off going to a nice hotel vs the fancy spa."

"Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, room looked like the floors were updated but the rest of the room could use updated with furniture and paint but the bed was really comfortable and the location is great"

"As helpful as the front desk staff was, the halls smelled, our room had a terrible smell of mildew and the air conditioner/heater unit would smell like burnt hair when it was turned on. We found bugs (carpet Beatles/ants) and were offered a discount if we stayed another night only to be offered a discount on a weekend rate which was just as much as the room was. I was not happy with this and would never recommend it."
