"Decent hotel. Good breakfast. Nice big room, but unfortunately very warm which disturbed our sleep. We wanted to see the Unesco site with roman ruins in Djemila - but a guy in the reception told us not to go, he said we had to be in a group to be let in. They should not say so to their guest, because we tried to go anyway and had absolutely no problems to get in. "

"Hotel bien conservado situado en la carretera ideal si se dispone de transporte privado. Localizado en la autopista a 15 minutos en coche del mercado. Personal muy amable, pero demadiafo estricto con el horario del checkout teniendo en cuenta que estaba medio vacio"

Hotel El Aurassi

"We had a good time here. However the service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. We had a great experience with Ali from the Algerian restaurant who was warm and helpful at every turn. He stands out as an example of what service could be like here. In contrast the bar staff was contemptuous towards guests. I overheard them insulting me in Arabic as they assumed I didn’t understand the language. Overall expect a mixed bag with service. Everything else is 4-star like experience."
