Charming apartment house on four sides with access from the staircase of the two-story building. The apartment occupies the entire second floor and above the exclusive terrace.
Large terrace facing the sea west, the other east terrace overlooking hill (both with tents) and terraced roof of 100 square meters accessible from the east terrace with spiral staircase. All terraces are the exclusive domain of the apartment.
Tastefully furnished, air conditioning in bedrooms and living room, a perfect home for a holiday and also for living. Working fireplace in the living room. Dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. Prices all inclusive.
There are two double bedrooms, each with its own terrace, another bed in the study. In every room there is air conditioning, curtains and each room is tastefully decorated. Two bathrooms. The pictures off balconies sold us and did not disappoint. Such closeness to groceries and beach bar and such a sense of safety of the village shopping all amazing.

Un grand bain de bleu !Le point fort de l’appartement est la vue superbe sur la baie, et les deux terrasses qui permettent de profiter du soleil du matin au soir (nous sommes montés sur le roof top mais ne l’avons pas utilisé). Nous étions prévenus par les nombreux commentaires du passage par un dédale assez sombre de la rue jusqu’à l’appartement donc cela ne nous a pas énormément dérangé. Je déconseille néanmoins aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou aux familles avec jeunes enfants.L’appartement est très spacieux et bien équipé mais aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement (plafond dégradé par des infiltrations par exemple). Il est très simple de rejoindre la jolie ville d’Alghero et les petites boutiques à pied en longeant la mer.L’impression générale est très positive malgré les quelques petits points faibles mentionnés et nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Alghero.

Supermarkt op loopafstand Mooi uitzicht op de zeeDe ontvangst door Maria was lastig omdat zij alleen Italiaans sprak De toegang tot het apartement viel tegen. Veel trappen en geen lift en doorgang door vrij donkere ondergrondse gang met garageboxen Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn is dit appartement niet geschikt Appartement is gedateerd en verdient onderhoud. Voor bezoek aan de stad en omgeving een prima uitvalsbasis

The best things about this place are the front and rear terraces. Sit in sun for breakfast. Sit in sun for dinner! or reverse! Nice and quiet in early May. (not many neighboring places inhabited.) Some construction going on but not bothersome. The worst thing is the multitude of staircases to access the apartment. Not only within the building, but from the street...down, up, down, up, up. The second worst thing is taking a particular recycling bag out every night. Waste a lot of plastic for one orange peel.Expect to bring your own cooking, laundry and bathing supplies. If not, Conad City is an easy 10 minute walk away. The unit has a shopping tote cart. (but remember the steps...) Old town is a 30 minute walk along the waterfront. Directly below unit on waterfront is a bar/restaurant on the shore. Another is closer, next to Hotel and being constructed on the rocks.

OK nous étions avertis par ANTONIO le propriétaire que l'accès était sportif, mais c'est juste une mise en jambe pour la journée et un peu de marche et steep ne nuit pas.. Et quelle belle surprise à l'arrivée, un appartement très superbe et une vue imprenable sur la baie. Magnifique coucher de soleil. Rien ne manque dans l'appartement. En ce qui concerne ANTONIO il a répondu immédiatement à nos demandes et face à un problème vraiment indépendant de l'appartement nous avons eu la surprise d'être dédommagés par ANTONIO (il s'agissait d'une coupure d'eau sur une journée dans la ville d'ALGHERO). Nous recommandons vraiment cet appartement très calme avec vue sur mer. Merci aussi pour l'acceuil et leur présence d'Alissia et Térésa.

We had a lovely holiday, the views from the apartment are wonderful, beds comfortable and apartment well equipped. We were glad we had hired a car to get into town and around the beautiful area. If you have mobility issues getting to the apartment could be tricky as access is a little awkward

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Aussicht aufs Meer und die Altstadt von Alghero waren traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einer Ferienwohnung erwarten darf. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation zügig und problemlos. Jederzeit gerne wieder :-)

Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend, besonders zum Sonnenuntergang. Die Hochstühle sind erstaunlich bequem und laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt, um Alghero und Umgebung zu erkunden. Antonio ist bei Fragen immer schnell erreichbar und der Weg durch die Tiefgarage ist nicht schlimm. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank.

Wir wurden durch eine freundliche junge Dame in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Auf der Terrasse vor dem Wohnzimmer haben wir täglich gefrühstückt und den Atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Altstadt, das Meer und Copa Caccia und am Abend den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Die Altstadt ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar um in einem der schönen Restaurants zu absolut Fairen Preisen zu essen. Mit dem Auto kann man problemlos zu abgelegen Buchten und Stränden fahren und den Tag genießen. Der Kontakt zu Antonio war überaus freundlich und angenehm.

Location parfaite, vue sur la mer magnifique, petit accès à la mer proche (via des rochers, mais on peut se baigner et c'est très plaisant). Nous n'avons pas utilisé la terrasse sur la toiture vu la chaleur en juillet. Comme dit dans d'autres commentaires, le seul petit bémol est l'accès avec des valises ou courses lourdes (on descend et on remonte des escaliers). Bonne communication avec le propriétaire.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment with the best view possible in Alghero. The apartment actually looks much better in reality than in the pictures. Everything is very clean and also works perfectly to work remotely as the WIFI works well (two people with lots of video calls at the same time). The host has been very easy to reach and very friendly. The only thing to be aware of is the entrance which is a bit complicated if accessibility is an issue. For us it wasn’t a problem. We will definitely come back!

This place is a 5 out 5 and Antonio is a super host who was only a call away for any questions or issues. If you go to Alghero, rent this place and you will not be disappointed. Great view and beautiful walk to the city on the boardwalk. Rent a car and see some of the nicest beaches in the area. We loved our stay. Dean

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sehr großzügig mit zwei Balkonen, fantastischen Meerblick und Blick auf die Altstadt von Alghero. Rechts von der FeWo ist das Abstellgelände eines Bauunternehmens, was nicht so schön anzusehen ist. Von der FeWo bis zum ersten Turm der Altstadt sind es nur 1500 m zu Fuß und entlang der Uferpromenade ein schöner Spaziergang. Alghero hat viel zu bieten und es macht Spaß Abends einfach in die Altstadt oder zum Hafen zu schlendern. Der Zugang zur FeWo geht nur über die Tiefgarage in der man nicht parken kann. Das Auto steht draußen auf der Straße. Es war aber nie ein Problem einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich. Die Betten sind aber schon etwas durchgelegen. Handtücher waren großzügig vorhanden.

La casa ha una bellissima vista sul mare, è completo di tutti i comfort e per 5 persone gli spazi erano ampi. Localizzata fuori dal centro di Alghero, raggiungibile in una decina di minuti a piedi. Unica pecca, non specificata nell’annuncio è la difficoltà nel raggiungere l’abitazione ( rampe di scale strette e ripide senza corrimano) decisamente non adatte a persone con difficoltà motorie.

Ça pourrait être exceptionnel....magnifique vue appartement spacieux par contre mérite des travaux de rénovation type peinture...il n'y a pas de verres à vin ni plancha pour l'extérieur dommage avec une terrasse si belle. Accès à l'appartement très compliqué beaucoup d'escaliers et passage par les garages. Stationnement dans la rue.
