Alghero between sea and countryside

For those who want to combine the sea and the relaxation of the countryside, five minutes by car from the white beach of the Maria Pia pinewood, we have a splendid two-room apartment immersed in the green of the olive trees, ideal for those who love nature and want to spend their holidays in tranquility, away from the confusion, also thanks to its position it allows you to easily reach all the other beaches of the coast avoiding the slow city traffic of the summer months.
The apartment, perfect for two people, is part of a residence in the countryside, a house divided into 2 apartments and is only 6km from the center, but it is essential to use your own means of transport.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom and a small living room with a kitchenette that overlooks a welcoming outdoor space, a veranda covered by a gazebo overlooking the river, which allows you to spend your evenings in the fresh air in front of the sunset.
In the veranda, in addition to the sofa and armchairs, a table with chairs and two straio.
When leaving, we ask you to leave the apartment in decent hygienic conditions.

Maravillosa estadía en un lugar tranquilo. Maravillosa terraza. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario. Está algo alejada del centro de Alghero pero es muy sencillo y ágil llegar con auto. El estacionamiento es un plus. Patrizia es un excelente anfitrión siempre disponible y servicial. Sus sugerencias inmejorables.

Heerlijk verblijf in de omgeving van Alghero

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Patrizia. Het huis was schoon en netjes. Alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig in het huis. De omgeving was erg mooi. Er is een heerlijke veranda met goede stoelen bij het huis. Je hebt wel een auto nodig want het ligt vrij afgelegen, maar binnen 10 minuten zit je in de stad.

Era da tanto che non tornavo in Sardegna e cercavo esattamente quello che ho trovato: una casetta dotata di ogni confort, immersa nella tranquillità del verde ma a distanza ridottissima dalle spiagge. Con 10-15 minuti infatti si raggiungono tutte le migliori spiagge di Alghero, ma una volta tornati a casa, si trova tranquillità e silenzio. Dal patio si possono godere gli spettacolari tramonti sardi, gustando del Vermentino freddo. Ideale per una coppia. Noi avevamo anche i nostri due gatti al seguito, che si sono goduti il giardino. Ospitalità di Patrizia, la proprietaria, inappuntabile: ci ha messo a disposizione tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, incluso l'ombrellone che non avevamo. Sogno già di tornarci!

A perfect stay

We had ten very wonderful days in the house in Alghero. Everything was very clean and there is everything you need for a pleasant stay. The arrival was very good coordinated, even if we were 3 hours late. The host (Patrizia) is very kind and if you have a problem, you can always ask her (If you can speak a little italian, it's better ;) ). We can only recommend this place!!!

Alloggio comodo e spazioso a pochi chilometri dal centro

L'alloggio è perfettamente attrezzato ed è sito nella tranquillità della campagna pur rimanendo a pochi chilometri dal centro storico di Alghero, permettendo agli ospiti di usufruire dei servizi della città con qualche minuto di macchina. Le séjour fut bien trop court. La maison est très bien située, petit déjeuner face à la nature dans un environnement paisible. Tout est mis à disposition par Patrizia pour rendre le séjour agréable. Idéalement pour un séjour en amoureux. Le cadre rendra ce moment encore plus romantique. Je vous recommande cette location !

Me and my boyfriend where very happy with our stay ! Patrizia is wonderfull :) She made us feel very welcome. The appertment was super clean and modern. We enjoyed a lovely holiday :) You do need a car to go to the centrum of a scooter. but it is very close 5 min drive max.
