Excellent location, big balcony overlooking sea

All good, as the previous reviews say it’s a bit dated but that is fine and is reflected by the price. Great location short walk into old town, opposite the beach. Large balcony overlooking sea. All very good

Pros: I tramonti che si ammirano dalla terrazza , fermate dell’autobus sotto casa, appartamento dotato del necessario per preparare i pasti, posizionato ottimamente, tutti i servizi molto vicini, materasso comodo, la signora Anna è molto disponibile , Cons: L’appartamento è situato lungo una strada trafficata, per dormire bisogna chiudere le finestre

Wohnung direkt am Strand, nah zur Altstadt & Ausflügen

Pros: Die Lage! Der Ausblick! Alle Zimmer mit Fenster zum Meer und großer Balkon🤩 Sehr sauber! Der herzliche, unkomplizierte, hilfsbereite Kontakt mit Anna! Cons: Die Küche ist etwas dürftig ausgestattet.

Séjour radieux à Alghero.

L'appartement est bien situé pour visiter Alghero et ses environs, un parking à proximité. Malgré une rue passante bruyante, le balcon reste un point positif : grand et ouvert sur la plage, il reste un endroit agréable. Le mobilier n'est pas moderne, on le savait. Les pièces sont assez confortables, lumineuses et bien insonorisées (fenêtres fermées). Bon contact avec Anna qui s'est montrée accueillante et réactive à nos remarques, elle parle français. La connexion Internet n'est pas excellente, nombreuses coupures sur le téléphone portable ou sur l'ordinateur. Dans l'ensemble, le séjour s'est bien passé, pas de mauvaises surprises par rapport à l'annonce. Nous conseillons le logement pour une famille ou un couple.

Im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung

Lage und Aussicht sind kaum zu übertreffen, jedoch ist die Einrichtung der Wohnung extrem in die Jahre gekommen. Bequeme Sitz und schlafmögkichkeiten sind nicht vorhanden, diese Wohnung ist also eher nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen, wenn man mal einen Tag dort verbringen möchte. WLAN Empfang nicht bis kaum vorhanden (trotz Nachfrage). Check-in usw problemlos.

Panorama impagabile

La casa è risultata come descritta. Devo dire che un terzo piano con scala a chiocciola non è il massimo, soprattutto se le devi fare più volte in un giorno e con i bambini in braccio. Accessori c'è di tutto, limitato ma di tutto. Molto comodo la fornitura di asciugamani e lenzuola compresi nel prezzo, di solito quando affitti un appartamento non sono compresi. Consiglio il posto auto, si paga a parte ma è utilissimo. La posizione è ottimale per andare a piedi in centro. Come specificato nel titolo la punta di diamante dell'appartamento è il terrazzo con un panorama spettacolare. La sera al tramonto o subito dopo sono immagini indimenticabili. Disponibile e discreta sia la proprietaria (che abita nello stesso stabile) che la signora che la assiste nella gestione degli appartamenti.

Casa ben organizzata vicino alla spiaggia e al centro storico. Ben servita dai mezzi pubblici

Per il secondo anno consecutivo abbbiamo preso lo stesso appartamento sito fronte mare. Accoglienza e pulizia dell'appartamento sempre impeccabile e puntuale. Le aspettative create dal l'annuncio sono state poi soddisfate e non abbiamo avuto brutte sorprese. Ringraziamo per l'accoglienza e speriamo di rivederci presto

Soggiorno stupendo

E' la seconda volta che vengo e mi trovo sempre bene. Si trova vicino al centro di alghero e alla spiaggia e comodo da raggiungere dall'aeroporto . L'appartamento offre tutti i confort e la pulizia è ottima. La Vista mare, che offre, è spettacolare. Sia la padrona di casa che la sig.ra Anna sono splendide. Lo consiglio.

Fantastico

Vorrei ringraziare la Sig.ra Maria Vittoria e la Sig.ra Anna per la bellissima accoglienza. L'appartamento e' grande, in un'ottima posizione, davanti al mare del Lido e vicinissimo alle altre spiaggie, come ad esempio Maria Pia che si puo' raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi. Ho soggiornato con i miei due figli (18 e 3 anni) e mio fratello. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Dall'appartamento si raggiunge il centro di Alghero a piedi con una passeggiata di 10minuti lungo il mare meraviglioso. Abbiamo passato tante serate in terrazza, che offre una vista subliminare del golfo. L'appartamento e' fornito di tutti i comfort, molto spazioso e pulitissimo!!! Consiglio a chiunque di contattare la Sig.ra Maria Vittoria e prenotare da lei, noi torneremo di sicuro. Grazie di cuore :)

Splendido soggiorno in Alghero

Mia moglie ed io abbiamo soggiornato in Alghero presso la struttura della Sig.ra Maria Vittoria. L'appartamento è situato in una posizione strategica di Alghero vicino al mare ed al centro storico. Un mare limpido e cristallino tipico della Sardegna a due passi dalla casa. Inoltre ho trovato l'appartamento corredato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno tranquillo e confortevole . Un ringraziamento alla Sig.ra Anna ed Antonella persone che hanno reso ancora più gradito questo soggiorno. Mi auguro di ritornare ancora presso questa struttura e ripetere questa piacevole esperienza.

Trés bonne situation

Localisation super, avec une grande terrasse vue sur mer. Le centre d'Alghero est à 10' à pied. Possibilité d'avoir une place parking. Très bonne communication avec Maria. Remise des clés par Anna avec RDV téléphonique, qui est très sympathique et parle français. Très bon séjour.

Excellente situation

Appartement très bien situé, propre avec toutes les commodités, très proche du port, de la vieille ville et des commerces. Très pratique également la possibilité de pouvoir réserver une place de parking à l'intérieur de la résidence. La seule remarque à faire serait que le matin il faisait un peu frais dans l'appartement et que pour prendre une douche sans pouvoir faire fonctionner le chauffage c'était assez désagréable. A part cela, c'est un appartement que nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons été bien accueillis, la dame est ponctuelle. Appartement propre , idéal pour un couple ou 4/5 personnes, belle vue sur la mer, proche du port et de la plage! Je suis satisfaite et le propriétaire est une femme de confiance, parking payant ( pas obligatoire) mais je recommande pour facilité de se garer. J' y retournerai encore car je sais à quoi m'attendre! Grand balcon spacieux et joli (2 eme étage qui permet de voir àu loin la mer! Magnifique

POSIZIONE INCANTEVOLE

Ottima comunicazione, puntuale e chiara. Grazie per l'ospitalità e la cordiale accoglienza. L'appartamento è in una posizione stupenda, comodo per le spiagge e per il centro. Negozi per le spese quotidiane a breve distanza. Quello che più ci è piaciuto è il grande terrazzo che affaccia sul mare. Nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che poteva servire per la nostra vacanza pasquale. L'arredamento necessiterebbe, forse, di un ringiovanimento pur non mancando di niente. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è, comunque, adeguato. Se, come sogniamo, torneremo ad Alghero, speriamo di poter essere nuovamente ospitati dalla gentile signora Maria Vittoria. Alla prossima

Appartamento molto pulito e vicinissimo al mare e a due passi dal centro storico

Siamo due ragazze di Modena che hanno soggiornato nell'appartamento dal 2 agosto al 9 agosto 2016. Appartamento pulitissimo e con tutti i confort necessari! Avevamo già soggiornato per 5 giorni a giugno e ci siamo trovate così bene che ci siamo ritornate anche ad agosto. Consigliatissimo e proprietari sempre disponibili! Ci rivedremo presto

Ottimo soggiorno

Appartamento spazioso, pulito, comodo da raggiungere perchè la fermata dell'autobus per l'aeroporto è a pochi metri, negozi vicini, vicinissimo al centro e praticamente di fronte alla spiaggia. Quello che mi ha incantato è stato il terrazzo: grande, con una vista magnifica sul golfo di Alghero e tramonti splendidi. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità da parte della proprietaria. Spero di poterci tornare in autunno.

Casa molto spaziosa, fornita di tutto il necessario e soprattutto molto pulita

Soggiorno splendido! Accoglienza perfetta e proprietari molto disponibili. Una casa vacanze completa di tutti i confort e posizione ottima sia per accedere alla spiaggia, che si trova esattamente di fronte, sia per andare a visitare La parte storica di Alghero. Consigliata a tutte le fasce di età.
