  • Villa Irde is located 12 km from the charming town of Alghero and just 2 km from its airport.<br>Nearby are the most beautiful beaches of the Coral Riviera: “Le Bombarde, Il Lazzaretto, Mugoni, and Porto Ferro,” to name a few.<br>The property is spread over two levels and consists of 6 well-furnished bedrooms equipped with all modern amenities: air conditioning and satellite TV, 6 private bathrooms, 2 kitchens fully equipped with all appliances, and 2 dining rooms.<br>The entire property is surrounded by a beautiful garden, the result of the owner’s love and dedication. The owner will welcome you to the property and will always be at your disposal for any requests or needs, thanks also to his decades of experience in the industry.<br>In the pool area, equipped with lounge chairs, there is a spacious, shaded veranda furnished with tables and chairs, where you can enjoy pleasant lunches and dinners together; the area also features a guest bathroom and a convenient shower. Just a few steps from the pool is a convenient barbecue area where you can prepare delicious grilled meals for everyone.<br>We’ve also thought of the little ones, who’ll have a cute and fun playground at their disposal. In a completely fenced-in area of the villa—separate and enclosed by gates—there are two very sweet dogs that you won’t be able to interact with.<br><br>SERVICES<br>- Daily pool cleaning and inspection<br>- Pool towels included in the price and provided upon arrival<br>- Upon arrival, guests will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash and a security deposit of 500 euros, which will be refunded at checkout if no damage is found.<br>- Electricity cost: 0.50 kWh, calculated upon departure (based on actual consumption). <br>- The rental rate is based on the number of guests specified at the time of booking.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Piero. La villa est spacieuse, très propre et parfaitement adaptée aux grands groupes. Nous étions 13, dont 6 enfants, et chacun a trouvé sa place. Le jardin, la piscine et les équipements étaient parfaits pour profiter pleinement des vacances.Piero est un hôte très accueillant, disponible et réactif. Il nous a toujours répondu rapidement et nous a donné de bons conseils pour découvrir la région.Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter et reviendrons avec plaisir si nous revenons en Sardaigne. Merci encore Piero !

Wir waren mit 13 Personen, darunter 6 Kinder im Alter von 6 - 12 Jahren, in dieser tollen Villaund haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Garten ums Haus ist sehr gepflegt, der Poolwar top, er wurde jeden Morgen von Piero, demBesitzer gereinigt. Der Sitzplatz draußen mit dem großen Tisch war top,dort haben wir die meiste Zeit verbracht. Bei kleineren Reklamationen oder gar Wünschen war Piero innerhalb kürzester Zeit zur Stelle.Selbst der nahegelegene Flughafen hat nicht wirklich gestört.Danke an den Gastgeber Piero Dessi

Der Hausbesitzer Piero kam jeden Morgen und hat den Pool sauber gemacht. Das hat uns positiv überrascht und so hatten wir jeden Tag ein super Badeerlebnis. Die Schlafzimmer mit den jeweils angefügten Bädern sind klasse! Wo findet man noch ein Haus mit sechs Zimmern und sechs Bädern! Perfekt für ein Familienurlaub mit Privatsphäre. Küche TOP, Klimaanlagen TOP. Wir haben ein Babybett und Hochstühle angefragt. War alles problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful week in the villa. We were a large group of 11 including four children of various ages. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom. The best feature of the house is definitely the pool and the outdoor dining area which is very spacious and luxurious. Check in was straightforward and Piero was a very responsive and helpful host. The kitchenettes are well equipped and we appreciated the dishwasher and washing machine. The air conditioning was excellent and we were very comfortable. There is no internal living room but the outdoor space makes up for this. The location is convenient and only a short drive away from Alghero and a large number of beautiful beaches. The neighbouring property has dogs who do unfortunately bark (including at night) but this was really the only negative factor. Thanks very much Piero.
