“The room was okay., clean but in need of a refresh. The onsite staff was very friendly but did not speak English. I attempted to alert her to a parking issue and she gave me her phone to speak into an app translator. The problem was the parking space I was assigned too and required to pay for had pipes protruding from the concrete inside the parking lines, the pool door opened to parking lot and it banged against the front of my car - Juan the absentee manager had staff put a DIY bucket in front……

“Overall, this hotel was disappointing because of the customer service. The valet attendants were wonderful friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Brittany, who worked the evening front desk shift, was also excellent. She was kind, professional, and made us feel valued as guests. Unfortunately, our experience with the morning front desk employee, Gretchen, was the complete opposite. Every interaction with her was unpleasant. I asked where I could get ice because the ice machine wasn't working,……

“The air conditioning work very well, clean room was a plus. The staff was friendly and let me know about the daily hot breakfast.”

“Was the problem try to find water for drink. The included breakfast was very poor—if not ridiculous. I think they need to do something to improve it or get rid of it, because it’s pathetic.”

“This hotel has a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking is about 5 to 7 minutes away from the hotel and not exactly ideal. We stayed at the older building which is beautiful and quiet but it needs TLC.”

“I liked the appearance on the inside of the lobby. It’s was very nice and appealing. However, the things that bothered me most were: lack of parking availability, valet parking fees, and my room needed much repairs/work. There was a hole at the bottom of the bathroom the door and it looks dirty. The toilet has rust inside the bowl. The shower/tub water wouldn’t drain the water timely, like it was clogged. And parts of the carpet when you walked on it had dips, like the carpet was replaced over……

“Ok hotel for the price and its location. Sheets are not so soft, no trash can in the room, the hotel can use some updating. The biggest thing is having to pay for garage parking ($10) every time you leave the parking, even if you come back 5 minutes later. I understand that the garage parking is not their property but this affects your stay because the actual hotel does not have parking. Won’t be back.”
