「Good place」

「Tiny room, awful ( soft ) bed, no terrestrial TV channels」

「location is good」

「They asked me to call 20 minutes in advance before we arrived. As we arrived at the destination, they moved us last minute to a new destination even though we gave them 20minutes to tell us. There was also no WIFI or hot water.」

「Room nice and clean and well decorated.」

「Great service, clean and tidy room even with a dishwasher, well equipped kitchenette」

On my last night, I stayed in an apartment on the 11th floor. The room had a wall blocking the view, which the receptionist /staff should be notified the guests prior arrange the room as it is not worth such higher...
