"The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays."

"After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. "First the tub was draining super slow when taking a shower, called maintenance and they said everything was fine, he put some solution but it didn’t do anything, back to standing slow water. Then there was a leak in the ac unit so we had to move rooms because the carpet was wet and I almost slipped a few times going in the bathroom. Then we get to the new room and the water was splashing everywhere from the faucet in the bathroom. Then at night time there was a party next door and I had to call 4 times to get someone to come in my room and listen to the noise next door at 1:30 in the morning because maintenance guy said there was no noise when he listened outside the room. Had to get up and get dressed so he can come in our suite and listen to the noise. Few minutes after 3 guys were escorted out. It ruined my sleep, only slept 3 hours. We checked out and the front lady said she will let the manager know of my complaints but I still haven’t received a call back."
