「If your room doesn't smell like urine, then it will smell like mold. Seems like a hotel just waiting to be torn down.」

「Great, I recommend!」

「This is a good property. It is just outside the city near water (not the main river, a side creek. It's a quiet community with plenty of amenities. Check in was easy, it took just a few seconds to get the door unlocked (keypad) but once you did it it was easy. Alana, my host, was attentive and responsive. I had no issues but I'm certain she would have quickly responded if she was needed. The room was cozy, about the size of a large extended stay hotel room. It was a little dated but I...

「The room was very clean. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate any needs and make our stay a pleasant experience. A beautiful table was set for breakfast and it did not disappoint. It was delicious! I highly recommend staying in this property.」

「Hosts were very gracious with our obnoxiously late arrival time. 😂」

「Such a beautiful property. My daughter and I used the game room for relaxing. I really enjoyed the breakfast and meeting/talking with the owners. They were very friendly and helpful. I would defiantly choose the inn at oriental anytime visit this area. You can walk the entire town from the location. I walked to the deli, coffee shop, river and the marina. Driving the short distance to New Bern was also a treat. Very cute town.」

「Overall a very poor experience. This was a VBRO rental through Travelocity. We got not check in instructions and had to make several phone calls to get assistance for check in. Overall almost 2 hours after a day of travel to get into the unit. The unit is very sparsely furnished and has only a double bed and couch. The place was not very clean either. Would definitely not rent again」

「Absolutely Beautiful」

「Very good 」

「What a gem!!!! The PERFECT place to stay not minutes from New Bern but out in the country. Everything is perfect for an outdoorsy feeling with every comfort you could want. Details have been considered in this well appointed little home. The owners were so nice and we loved seeing the farm animals. Will certainly come again and bring friends to rent the other cabin!」

「Super cute cottage. The surrounding areas were nice. Met with the owners of the property which had large fire pit, if you like farm animals like ducks chickens and goats you’d love this home. We did run into an issue with the water heater not operating correctly the owner attempted to fix it but was unable. We were offered to use a shower room attached to the home. We had a 2 night booking and would stay again as the only inconvenience was no hot water for both days.」

「The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great shower…good water pressure and hot water. It was quiet at night and I had a restful sleep.」

「Everything is perfect. The location, the staff, the food, and the house itself. Definitely will stay there again if we go to New Bern again.」

「Very loud door slams at all hours put a serious damper on the experience.」
