Chalet sympathique

Appartement dans chalet très sympa et spacieux avec une très belle terrasse. On a bien apprécié notre séjour même si effectivement à pied il est plus difficile de descendre au village mais ce n’est pas insurmontable non plus sachant que Léa tranquillité était là. Encore merci au propriétaire et à bientôt

Très joli appartement

L’appartement est très joli En revanche, la salle de bain est très petite, il y a très peu d’eau chaude (impossible de prendre une douche par personne par jour, plus d’eau chaude) et la pression est beaucoup trop basse Vraiment un vrai mauvais point pour cette pièce Le chalet est un peu loin à pied du centre ville et des œufs (impossible d’y aller à pied avec les skis, trop long) Tout le reste du chalet est super donc c’est dommage

Gîte bien situé et très fonctionnel

Le gîte est à 10mn à pied du centre d’Allos ; il est fonctionnel, bien équipé et les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été fructueux et efficaces. L’endroit est calme : idéal pour le repos après les randonnées de très belle qualité dans les alentours !

Un peu loin du village pour aller à pied avec un bébé . Les photos ont été trompeuses avec le proxi. . Mais appartement très bien belle pièce à vivre surtout avec des enfants Propre belle terrasse . J’y retournerai certainement…

appartement agréable à vivre à 15mn à pieds du village

Appartement vaste pour un appartement en montagne , une belle surface avec une grande pièce à vivre . Si les deux chambres sont petites, la chambre en mezzanine est vaste et très claire grâce à sa grande fenêtre. Hauteur sous plafond exceptionnelle , cela donne une belle notion d’espace. L’exposition de la porte fenêtre du séjour qui donne sur la terrasse est Sud, et le balcon est agréable. Le reste du chalet masquant l’ouest . Il faut profiter du balcon le matin et jusqu’à 14h pour avoir du soleil.

Très bon séjour à Allos

Le logement est grand et agréable, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Nous étions proche du centre d'Allos et sur la route de départ de randonnées. Nous avons passé un très bon sejour.

Toller Urlaub in den französischen Alpen

Eigentlich verbringen wir unseren Sommerurlaub immer am Meer. Dieses Jahr waren wir erstmals in den französischen Alpen und sind nachhaltig beeindruckt! Sehr schöne Gegend in direkter Nähe zum Naturpark Mercantor. Nicht zu überlaufen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar im kleinen Ort Allos. Nette Restaurants, eine familiäre Bäckerei und drei (!!!) gut sortierte Sportgeschäfte gehören zum Angebot. Die Menschen dort sind entspannt und freundlich. Wer sich gerne in der Natur aufhält, hat nahezu unerschöpfliche Möglichkeiten in den Bergen, Wäldern und den zahlreichen Bächen mit atemberaubenden Wasserfällen. Für die Badetage zwischendurch sind wir zum 35 km entfernten Lac d`Castillion gefahren, der mit kristallklarem, türkisblauen Wasser beeindruckt. Auch für Kinder gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe zahlreiche Angebote wie: Ponyreiten, Eselwandern, ein künstlich angelegter See mit Bootverleih und Bademöglichkeit, eine Sommerrodelbahn usw. Das Haus beherbergt insgesamt vier Wohnungen über drei Etagen. Unsere Ferienwohnung befand sich im oberen Stockwerk, vielleicht manchmal zum Leidwesen der Feriengäste unter uns? Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, die Decken bestehen aus einer Holzkonstruktion. Unsere Wohnung war geräumig und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für französische Verhältnisse war es alles recht sauber. Jedenfalls funktioniert alles tadellos, es gibt erstklassiges Trinkwasser aus der Leitung. Besonderer Dank gilt Denis, der einzige im Haus dauerhaft lebende Franzose. Er stand uns häufig mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und wurde Freund der Familie. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder dorthin...

L'appartement est très bien situé et spacieux, décoré avec goût. Le contact avec le propriétaire se fait aisément malgré la distance. Nous conseillons cette location.
