3-room apartment of 35m² with 2 bedrooms and a large terrace of 10m², ideal for a stay with family or friends. Friendly and well laid out, it offers: 1 large living room with 160x190 sofa bed (rapido/lampolet), a dining area with television (TNT), a pleasant fully equipped kitchen area: induction hob, oven + microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, kitchen equipment, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine and storage spaces. Bedroom 1 with 140 double bed and storage space, bedroom 2 with 2 bunk beds 80x180. A bathroom and a separate toilet. Duvets 240x220, pillows 50x70 with pillow protection and mattress protection.

Please note: Bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels are not provided.

Private outdoor parking is available free of charge with the apartment. A garage (box in the basement) can also be offered for an additional fee.

Ideally located in the Aiguille district in La Foux d'Allos, you access the end of the residence's private road (50m) to the La Foux Espace Lumière ski slopes with the Marin Pascal chairlift. In the same place you will find the beginner's ski area with the Chauvets carpet, the toboggan run, the free shuttle from the resort to get to the centre of the resort (about 700m on foot) and a little further down (100m) the Aiguille cinema and a ski equipment rental shop.
