「Clean, very convenient location; however, very outdated (only one outlet, weak AC, no shampoo, pillows and mattresses were not comfortable). Confusing information on the Expedia site about parking and breakfast (Expedia stated that breakfast was extra for a fee, while the staff said that they dod not charge extra because breakfast was already included in the room charge). 「Awesome location by the beach, wonderful ocean view, delicious breakfast buffet, only a bit challenging finding parking off the street.」

「The hotel is well located with easy access to beach and the town. Rooms and facilities are basic but staff are very helpful and friendly . Unfortunately our room did smell of smoke」

「Great place, handy location to everything. Took a little while to get used to the lock procedures for the front and room doors, but worked well. Recommended to all.」

「Propreté, service du personnel et emplacement」

「I would strongly advise against booking a room at Hotel Boutique Niu Del Sol. We were informed by Hotels.com that the hotel could not comply with their agreement on booking. Subsequently, we have not been refunded our money. we never got an answer back from the hotel 😡😡😡 We have been cheated…」

「Beautiful & very clean hotel with wonderful staff.」
