Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I booked this apartment a week in advance, but on the day of check-in, at around 5 pm, I was suddenly told that they were overbooked and that my apartment was no longer available.
The worst part is that I was the one who contacted them asking for check-in instructions. If I hadn’t messaged them, I don’t know when they would have informed me that I had no accommodation for that night.
They offered an alternative apartment, but it was around one hour away from the city, which was completely different from the location I had originally booked.
This caused a lot of unnecessary stress at the last minute. Communication and organisation were extremely poor. Be very careful when booking with this apartment company, as having a confirmed reservation clearly did not guarantee that the apartment would actually be available.
Unfortunately, a very bad experience and I would not book with them again.
