「Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price. 」

「Our room was large, but smelled of Toilet exhaust…they clearly have a problem, and covered it up by using scents after we complained….the general maintenance is lacking with bubbles in the ceiling and trims on doors falling off. The rooms are very sparsely furnished, and the bathroom while large is not well laid out. The saving grace is that our room was not expensive. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is inexpensive (12E/p) and adequate. The rooftop lounge is nice and has a lovely...

「The front desk and resteraunt staff are excellent. My room was spotless. I booked a waterfront room. I would have liked to see a robe and slippers in the closet. Also, they don't provide a kettle or coffee service.」
