Urb.Los Pinos: Large, comfortable house "Villa Mimosa", built in 1996. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Almuñecar, in a sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (6 x 15 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct. pool opening hours: 10:00-20:00). Outdoor shower. In the house: fitness room. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Single garage. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km, shingle beach 1 km. Tennis 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Attention: there is a narrow street between the house and the swimming pool.

We never met or saw the property manager. The villa was full of ants; in the beds also. Everything in the kitchen including the floor was sticky. The kitchen floor was filthy.
