「This is an absolutely fantastic hotel which is owned and run by a really lovely family. Everything is spotless from the public areas to our room. It is about a forty minute walk to the centre of Chania which was fine for us as we enjoy walking but there is a service bus a couple of minutes away. 」

「This is such a beautiful spot - peaceful, great view, 10 minutes from the beach and such a comfortable well appointed apartment. The terrace and garden were delightful too and we looked forward to coming back every day. Patrick was a very helpful and attentive host. He met us when we arrived to give detailed directions. 「We had a wonderful week at Elizabeth Suites, Epas is a welcoming and helpful host who can never do enough to make sure your stay is a good one. The suite was spotlessly clean, the pool warm and plenty big enough to cool off in. The suites are located within easy walk of the beach, bus stops in the main town Chania and several local and big chain supermarkets. All in all the perfect place to enjoy local beaches and restaurants or choose to go into the lovely town. Just a perfect week in Crete! 」

「We stayed at Portou House for 5 nights and had an excellent time. Very good location in Chania Old Town. Communication was great from start to finish with Julia being very responsive. We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine for my Partner’s birthday which was a nice touch. The only feedback we would have is that there was no full length mirror - think it would be good to consider including in the rooms. Many thanks Julia and team at Portou House. 」

「Adonis was a gracious host, and we especially enjoyed talkig with Nikki, who was part of the staff. Our apartment was spacious, and had a nice balcony with a nice city view that also looked out on the Fortezza. Adonis oriented us to the neighborhood with suggestions and a map. We had kitchen facilities that were very convenient and our bed and air conditioning made our sleep very comfortable. We were even able to easily extend our stay on short notice. We definitely recommend Palazzo Vecchio!」
