Lovely modern old stone cottage. Literally right on the sea, with a small private beach. Has a huge terrace overlooking the sea,with covered eating area.You are right on the water with stairs directly to the beach. The property is fully fenced in for the safety of small children and pets. There are 6 lounge chairs for relaxing and gazing out to the sea. We have several guests who bring their boats with them. We can provide mooring. This cottage sleeps 6 comfortably. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, the living room has a sofa bed (which can sleep 2 kids easily) and there is a roll away bed in the closet. It fits easily into the bedroom with the twin beds or the living room. No charge for extra people. You can bring as many people as you are willing to share the bathroom with. Size of cottage 90 SQ METERS We also have free WI FI.

You are only 15 to 20 minutes by car to 2 beautiful beaches with taverns and bars. Across the road is a wonderful taverna with fresh fish from the local fishing boat every day. There is another taverna 1 1/2 km the road that sets all their own vegetables and is next to the sea. You are 27 kilometers from Volos and 32 kilometers. from Pelion, a beautiful day trip to the mountains and beaches on the other side of the mountain. There are quite cheap daily trips to islands, monasteries and other interesting places

I am Sandra, an American nurse and my husband, Dimitrios is a Greek. He is from Sourpi, but he lived in Chicago for 27 years. We live 2 houses from the cottage. We are here if problems arise. We are as friendly as you want us to be. :)
